Every Child Deserves the Opportunity to Play
At Circle City Elite, we believe no child should miss out on football because of financial hardship. Our mission is to remove barriers so every young athlete has the opportunity to learn, compete, and grow in a positive environment.
We proudly offer FREE football registration for qualifying families. Players who qualify for Free or Reduced-Price School Lunch are eligible to have their registration fees waived.
We understand that every family's situation is unique. If your child does not qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch but your family is experiencing financial hardship, we encourage you to reach out. Limited financial assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis.
What Financial Assistance Covers
Eligible families may receive assistance with:
- ✅ Registration fees (waived for qualifying families)
- ✅ Additional assistance may be available based on financial need and available funding
How to Apply
Applying is simple:
- Complete the fee waiver application.
- Provide verification of your child's eligibility for Free or Reduced-Price School Lunch (or contact us to discuss your financial situation).
- Our staff will review your information confidentially and notify you once your application has been approved.

If paying for football is preventing your child from participating, please don't let cost stop you from reaching out. We're committed to finding a way to get every child on the field.
Who Qualifies
Families may qualify for free or reduced football registration if they participate in any of the following programs:
- Free or Reduced-Price School Lunch
- SNAP / Food Assistance
- TANF
- Medicaid
- WIC
- SSI
- Section 8 / Housing Choice Voucher Program
- Foster care or kinship care placement
- Unemployment benefits
- Other documented financial hardship
Families who do not participate in one of these programs but are still facing financial challenges are encouraged to contact us. Assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on available funding.
